Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to first contact us to resolve any issue related to your order, including refunds, replacements, or product concerns.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may be investigated and disputed with the issuing bank using transaction records, payment authentication data, delivery confirmation, and communication history.

Filing a chargeback after receiving the product may be considered fraudulent activity and may be reported to the relevant payment processor or financial institution where applicable.


1. Final Sale / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personalized nameplates

  • Custom pendants

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order jewelry

  • Final sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items

  • Products produced on a made-to-order or limited-production basis

Once an order for any custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order item has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, customization information, sizing, and order specifications before completing a purchase.


2. Limited Refund & Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

No other reasons for return or refund will be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • A brief written description of the problem

After review and verification, Custom Hip Hop Official reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund


3. Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, sizing issues, or color preference are not accepted

Unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by us, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.

Items that show signs of:

  • use

  • damage

  • alteration

  • removal of original packaging

may be refused and returned to the customer without a refund.


4. Return Window (Non-Custom Items Only)

This section applies only to non-custom and non-personalized items.

For eligible items:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must comply with all return conditions stated above

Return requests made after 30 days will be automatically declined.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Handling fees

  • Customs duties or import charges

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide all order records, payment authentication data, shipping confirmation, and communication history to the issuing bank or payment processor to contest the dispute.


6. Shipping, Risk & Liability Disclaimer

Custom Hip Hop Official is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • other circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the item, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
