• Custom Jewelry: All custom-made products are final sale. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. This includes personalized nameplates, custom engravings, and any other made-to-order items. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
• Final Sale Items: Any promotional, clearance, or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order meets these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

3. Return Process
