We are committed to providing high-quality hip-hop jewelry and a transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Final Sale / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, including but not limited to:

    • Personalized nameplates

    • Custom pendants

    • Engraved or made-to-order items

  • Final sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items

  • Products produced on a made-to-order or limited-production basis

Once an order for any custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order item is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except as required by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, customization information, sizing, and order specifications before completing a purchase.

2. Limited Refund & Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect item, or

  • The item arrived defective or damaged

No other reasons for return or refund will be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue and original packaging

  • A brief written description of the problem

After review and verification, Custom Hip Hop Official reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

3. Return Conditions

Approved returns must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, sizing issues, or color preference are not accepted

Unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by us, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

4. Return Window (Non-Custom Items Only)

This section applies only to non-custom, non-personalized items.

For eligible non-custom items:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must fully comply with all return conditions stated above

Return requests made after 30 days will be automatically declined.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping fees, handling fees, and customs-related charges are non-refundable

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

6. Shipping, Risk & Liability Disclaimer

Custom Hip Hop Official is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
