Tracking Information

Delivery Limitations

  • We do not offer local pickup.

  • We do not offer expedited, same-day, or next-day shipping at this time.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Custom Hip Hop Official is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
